yet another tsunami?

currently taking a break off from studying my network communications.
:) so reading some news.


saw today's the new paper on sunday.
headline news is: TSUNAMI AGAIN?

yesterday Chile had a huge earthquake of 8.8-magnitude leaving at least 122 people dead.the tsunami waves unleashed itself after that..
experts are warning of waves as high as 2m crashing into the coastlines of Pacific Rim nations.
& that includes Asia, phillipines, new zealand, japan & taiwan.
New Zealand's ministry warned that the tsunami could hit the country's east coast at 7.05am today.
Australia officials said that the tsunami would only be visible from about 8.15am today.
in Japan, a tsunami will reach the east coast around noon today.

after reading this article, i think we all should feel very blessed to be living in Singapore.
because Singapore is blocked by countries like Malaysia, Indonesia etc.
thus, we are less prone to these kind of natural disasters.
and that, we are counted to be very very lucky.
even though there are natural disasters, at most all we can feel is only the tremors, the shakes
of the earthquakes.
but look at those countries nearer to the coastal line...
what they experience is many many more times worse than us.
they experience the quake, literally.
and once it comes nearer, it's just like the end of the world for them.
you won't know which minute you'll be still alive or dead.

so i think all of us Singaporeans, or those living here, should really count our blessings.





hmm..suddenly i became like on of those newspaper reporters or editor right? haha
i am too bored. so i thought of writing my feelings about this tsunami article. :)
i am really lucky...
to be a Singaporean,
to have a family with me,
to have a protective & doting boyfriend,
to have a proper house to live in,
to be able to eat what i want,
to do what i want,
buy things...etc.
those are my blessings. what's yours?

Countdown 12 days left to bintan trip with baby!!! :) yippee!!!

problems makes up life.

today i cried uncontrollably again.
i can never control my tears.. & that's really bad.
okay, basically, it's because of yet another problem which led to a quarrel.
and i'm fully at fault this time.
i realize my mistake. :(
i shouldn't have left baby at one side and care about watching my own
taiwan drama series.
i made baby feel so bored, & made him play uno stacko alone, & made him
feel like today in this world, there is nothing he can do.
feeling so alone.. i shouldn't have done that.
i didn't realize that he was so bored.until we talked over at dinner..
all i could say was sorry. i felt so helpless.
and all i could do was cry cry & cry.
i told myself umpteen times, never to let tears downs again.
but outcome, i still dropped tears, and not just a little, but alot.
it was really uncontrollable.
i guess all this quarrels came about btw us is because of our character
difference. i'm happy go lucky; & baby's serious type.
aiyah..what to do what to do lehs? life still goes on for us.
i cried and covered my ears at the same time.
afraid that baby would say the two words: "fen shou" or "break up".
crazy lah me...
even though all is alright now, but i really owe baby a big SORRY
& a Big THANK YOU... && owe him much much more!

Maths exam...

Today's maths paper was so difficult lah! :( I see thru the paper I blank mind already man.. Before go into the sports hall for exam I got confidence..after go in, si bei jialat. Hmm hope teacher will moderate the grades and hope my common test grade B will help push my overall marks up.. Get a grade C I also happy lah :) hehe! Now is only left analog electronics design and network communicatons exam papers & I've finished year 1! And I can go enjoy myself at bintan with baby le!!! Wooo~~

i am now still in the midst of studying my maths for the paper tomorrow.
very tiring to keep on studying. don't like.. but for my future, i have to. no choice.

today slept at baby's place till 11.45am then woke up :)
so shiok lahs!
his bed is like my 'sleeping pills' haha!
supposed to meet koie at school at 1pm. but reached at only around 2plus..
cos woke up late, everyone rushing for the toilet.
so i have to wait for all to bathe first before i can go in.

koie left around 4plus.
after awhile, baby & i left school too.
i went home, baby went home too.
not gonna meet baby till this thursday. :(
i m gonna miss him alot!

this week till next tuesday(2 march) is very crucial for me.
that's why cannot meet up with baby too much.
cos it's my last exams for year 1 of poly.
it's been really quick how time passes...
baby has finished poly, & i am going to finish my year 1.
it's like just not long ago that i stepped into poly,
and now i'm finishing year one :)
kinda happy but i wish i can teleport to 2 years later..so that i don't have to study anymore.

today is baby's last day in NYP! :(

- Baby is very pissed off by his supervisor.
- had a small quarrel with baby again. :(
- Made my problem to be baby's problem to solve when it's my problem.
- Stayed home to study today but grandma keep calling me, disrupting my studies.
- just hate today lahs! damn!!!


baby called me and told me that his supervisor didn't come today.
so he can't do his airplane project final touches, & tmr is his demo presentation
of his airplane.
he was already very pissed off then, but i kept asking him how how how..
because i can't get through to m1 hotline.
if only i kept my problems to myself, then all will be alright.
no quarrels. :(
i'm so angry with myself now. pffft!~
common sense things why can't i solve it myself but instead add another problem
to baby's burdens?
baby said it right.
already turning 19 years old; i ought to know how to solve my own problems by now..
especially such obvious questions which don't need any obvious answering.
what has got into your damn head, demi??!

Baby asked me not to message or call him today cos he's in a really
bad mood. but i still said,
"why? i just want to know how you're doing, i won't disturb you".
& baby said that if he were to go into ns already, who is going to
answer my 'hows' and 'i dunno'..?
that true again, baby.
i have to learn to stand on my own two feets..
solve my own problem, don't add it to others burdens, don't rely on everyone..
& when people need time on their own, give it to them.
i have learnt my lesson. :(
not to cling on to someone so much..they can't breathe.

CHINESE NEW YEAR DAY 1.

Baby came over to my place bai nian first at 12 noon.

waited for food to be ready, till about 1pm.

had fried bee hoon & curry chicken.

after lunch, mummy wanted to play mahjong cards;

so baby joined them, and i sat beside baby looking..

about 3.30pm we left my place to go baby's side.

VALENTINE'S DAY!!!

After bai nian at baby's place, baby & i headed to marina square

to celebrate valentine's day.

we ate at yuki yaki..a DIY steamboat/teppanyaki buffet.

before dinner, we went to 'PRIZE STAGE' .

over there, there's lots of toys to catch.

but we didn't catch any.. waste of money lahs :)

we ate our dinner till 9plus, 10pm i think.

after that went to the floating platform, river hongbao.

this year, there is uncle ringo's fun fair too!

but kind of expensive.

a bumper car ride costs $7.50 per car.

1 token costs $2.50. ex right?

so we just walked around there, went to see our zodiac fortune readings too.

after that, we walked back to outside marina sq and sat there to

talk. talked till about 11plus, then we went to take cab back.

had alot of fun..though our valentine's was only a quarter

of the day's time..but i really enjoyed myself alot baby :)

so i googled up on 'what to say during yu sheng?'

shopping therapy...oooh so good~

finally after my two common test papers...(its like only 2..but i can explode from studying just that 2)
i can finally go shopping..for my cny stuffs.
today after my last common test paper, i went straight to orchard ion.
supposed to meet mummy there at 130pm but she very 'gao tu' lahs..(means tt very good in
dragging time)..
so ended up met mummy at wisma fdcourt at 2pm.
after eat finish, we walked around wisma then orchard ion.
after that went to far east plaza.
at there i went to 3 accessories shop which practically sells the same things..
but just at different levels.
i wanted to buy the hairbands but after many hours of thinking and many times
walking in & out of those shops, i decided its not necessary.
so didn't buy any accessories today.
but i today bought my heels le!!!

and i bought 2 same t-shirts from cotton on.

just read from here that alexander mcqueen, the famous british fashion designer, committed suicide
and was found dead at his home just days after his mother death. he was only 40 years old.
what a pity...
his designs were all so one-of-a-kind. so beautifully designed..

all so unique.
